		<description><![CDATA[Very interesting show. Jon mentioned Zen Coding, the original author of that actually maintains versions in both Javascript and Python. I created a VS addin for that using IronPython back in 2009. It&#039;s still available at:

It&#039;s using a version of Zen Coding that&#039;s very outdated now, I lost interest after finishing the interesting technical part of actually running it in VS. But if anyone wants to pick it up the source is available.

The recent version of Zen Coding actually have a great plugin architecture, they define the text editor interface they want to work against, with methods like selectText, getText ,putText etc, and plugin authors just have to implement that for each text editor. I just lost interest because I found I didn&#039;t actually use the plugin much, it&#039;s a great demo, but for me at least I don&#039;t need to write html that fast :)]]></description>
