But I just don’t get something Scott H. said about his hiring practices. Looking for someone who “doesn’t look like me” to hire does nothing to help the lack of women and minorities in technology.

Encourage others to enter the field and improve themselves through hard work. Then hire the best. Period. Enough of the sudo-affirmative-action-because-I’m-a-guilty-white-guy BS.
